Following speculation in Belgian media that RSC Anderlecht wanted Julien Duranville to return in January, transfer insider Sacha Tavolieri reports that the club has different intentions. According to Tavolieri, Anderlecht has not taken any steps for a possible signing so far.
Anderlecht had previously attempted to re-sign 19-year-old winger Julien Duranville in the summer, but an injury to the player halted the move. The young Belgian U21 international is now fit, and the club may make a renewed effort to loan him from Dortmund in the upcoming January transfer window. Duranville joined the German club in January 2023 and has made one appearance in the Regionalliga West this season. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated to be €8.50m. Borussia Mönchengladbach have also been linked with the player.
