TYC reported that Ecuadorian forward Jordy Caicedo was recently signed by Huracán from Atlas of Mexico.

Sporting de Gijón announced the early termination of the loan of forward Jordy Caicedo. The club decided to end his loan in the current winter transfer window for sporting reasons and will focus on signing a replacement for the forward position. Caicedo is expected to join Huracán and traveled to Buenos Aires in the middle of this week.

Jordy Caicedo is expected to join Huracán on a loan that includes a purchase option. To enable the move, Atlas, which owns his rights, will terminate his current loan with Sporting Gijón. The 28-year-old attacker has previously been a teammate of goalkeeper Hernán Galíndez on the Ecuadorian national team.
