Jordan James Transfer from Rennes to Ipswich Town
Tuttomercato reports on Ipswich Town's pursuit of a permanent transfer for Jordan James. Ipswich Town is pushing for an immediate permanent transfer for Jordan James.
Ipswich, a Championship rival, is also keen on signing Jordan James from Rennes. James joined Rennes for £4 million from Birmingham last summer and signed a four-year deal. He is now set to leave Rennes after starring in 25 games. However, Ipswich faces competition from Hollywood club Wrexham, owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, who are ready to outbid Italian side Parma for the 21-year-old Wales midfield star. Rennes is willing to sell James to the highest bidder, making the transfer race highly competitive. According to Transfermarkt, James has a current market value of €8 million.
