Based on available data, Renato Sanches was transferred from Lille to PSG for €15.0M in August 2022 and loaned to Roma for a €1.0M fee in August 2023. His subsequent loan to Benfica in August 2024 reportedly included a €10 million purchase option, which was not exercised. In August 2025, he was linked with Trabzonspor, with reports mentioning a €9 million optional purchase clause. More recently, his market value was estimated at €3.00 million in August 2025 and reported to be €2 million in April 2026.

Our valuation is driven by the significant decline in Renato Sanches's market position due to persistent injuries and his status as surplus to requirements at PSG. While his August 2022 transfer was €15M and loan options to Benfica and Trabzonspor were reportedly around €9-10M in 2024/2025, these were not exercised.
