While David's representatives publicly insist he is settled, they are aware a transfer could become possible. The chances of a transfer will significantly increase if Juventus persuades teammate Dusan Vlahovic, whose contract expires this summer, to sign a new deal. Sources have indicated to TEAMtalk that Juventus has re-engaged in contract talks with Vlahovic, and that the club views him as their best option for the future. David, who joined Juventus in July 2025, has a contract with the club until 2030 and has scored 37 goals in 73 appearances for Canada. He has scored four goals in five Serie A appearances this season, and his current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €35.00m.
