FC Bologna was one of several clubs interested in signing 22-year-old Ghanaian defender Jonas Adjetey from FC Basel, alongside Wolverhampton Wanderers, RC Lens, and some Turkish clubs. However, VfL Wolfsburg is now reportedly close to completing a deal for the defender. An agreement between the clubs is said to be in place, and final talks with the player are nearing their conclusion.
