Scouts from Arsenal reportedly traveled to Jan Breydel to watch Joaquin Seys live and returned with a positive report, according to transfer expert Ekrem Konur.

Arsenal and Aston Villa have established contact with the player's entourage, while Club Brugge may have to sell if a significant offer is made.
