According to sources who informed CaughtOffside, Arsenal and Chelsea are monitoring Inter Milan's midfielder Andy Diouf. Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are also following his progress, and Inter is believed to want a fee around €50-€60 million to consider a sale. A January transfer appears improbable as Inter have no desire to lose the player mid-season and his contract runs until June 2030.
