The Azerbaijani club Qarabağ has inquired about 26-year-old Portuguese center-back João Goulart. While a formal proposal has not yet been received by the Casa Pia board, it is reported that the club's officials would release the defender for a fee of approximately €1.5 million. The salary proposed by Qarabağ would be substantially higher than what the player currently earns. Goulart is reportedly not giving much thought to the potential transfer, as he is aware of the important period his team is experiencing in the season. Goulart, who joined Casa Pia in July 2024, has a contract with the club until June 2027 and his current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €1.00m. He has also been linked with Sporting CP and Olympiakos Piraeus.
