Jérémie Boga Transfer from Nice to Fiorentina

According to Tuttomercato, Fiorentina is considering Jeremie Boga as an alternative transfer target. The player wants to leave France.

According to CalcioMercato, Fiorentina is looking for a winger in the January transfer window and the first name on their list is Jeremie Boga. The player has not played since November 30, after an away match at Lorient, and upon returning, he and his teammate Terem Moffi were attacked by ultras. Boga joined Nice in the summer of 2023 from Atalanta for 17.5 million euros plus another 4 million in potential bonuses. He has scored 11 goals and provided 9 assists in 73 appearances for the Ligue 1 club.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fiorentina has included Jérémie Boga's name on its shortlist for the winter transfer window. Recent aggressions from dissatisfied supporters have been a reason for a potential departure for the player from OGC Nice in January. In France, Jérémie Boga earns 2,780,000 euros per year.

Fiorentina is looking to enter the transfer market to address a difficult start to the season, and the club's new sporting director is seeking an attacking winger. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, one option being considered is Jérémie Boga. The Ivorian winger, born in 1997, reportedly wants to leave Nice following unpleasant incidents with the team's fans. He has experience in Serie A from his time at Sassuolo and Atalanta. Boga's contract with the French club runs until June 2027, and he has contributed 2 goals and 2 assists in 14 league appearances this season. The 28-year-old, who has been capped 21 times for Cote d'Ivoire, has a current market value of €10.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Trabzonspor has also been linked with a move for the player.
