Ismaël Bennacer Transfer from Milan to Dinamo Zagreb
Joško Jeličić commented on the arrival of Ismaël Bennacer on loan from Milan to Dinamo Zagreb, calling it unbelievable and a big gain for both Dinamo and the league. He credited Boban for making the transfer possible and described Bennacer as happy with the conditions in the city and well-suited to make an impact at Dinamo.
Milan's Bennacer, who has made nearly 180 appearances for the club and around 50 for Algeria, has moved to Dinamo. The transfer is regarded as a significant achievement for Dinamo and was facilitated by Zvonimir Boban's influence, despite the player's recent injury issues.
Algerian midfielder Ismaël Bennacer, aged 27, has joined Dinamo Zagreb on a season-long loan from AC Milan. The agreement includes an option for Dinamo Zagreb to make the transfer permanent, with a buyout clause set at €10 million. There is no initial transfer fee associated with the loan. Dinamo Zagreb will cover 40 percent of Bennacer's current salary, while AC Milan will pay the remaining 60 percent. Bennacer's contract with AC Milan remains valid until June 2027, and his market value is estimated at €15 million by Transfermarkt. The transfer was finalized after several clubs, including Olympique Marseille and Juventus, showed interest in the player.
