Islam Chesnokov has signed a pre-contract deal with Hearts, but his current contract with Tobol runs until October 31. Hearts' manager Derek McInnes is eager to have Chesnokov join the team before the start of the SPFL season. The Hearts recruitment team is working on an agreement to bring him in early, but if unsuccessful, they will have to wait until the January transfer window to register him. Chesnokov is seen as a key player for the wide right position. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 900k euros.
