According to the Greek sports portal 'Sport24', Igor Julio is of interest to PAOK Saloniki. The club wants to sign two central defenders this summer and is reportedly not deterred by Brighton & Hove Albion's price tag of around five million euros for the player. Igor Julio is no longer part of Fabian Hürzeler's plans at Brighton.

PAOK is targeting Brighton's 28-year-old Brazilian defender, Igor Júlio, as they prioritize strengthening their central defense, though the deal is considered difficult. Brighton is seeking 5 million for the transfer of the player, who joined them from Fiorentina in 2023 for 10 million. Júlio wishes to remain in Europe and has already rejected two offers from Brazil. The defender, whose contract with Brighton runs until June 2027, spent last season on loan at West Ham, making just four appearances in all competitions.
