Both Legia and Raków Częstochowa are gearing up for European competitions and are eager to secure reinforcements ahead of their competitors. However, Legia's financial cap is reportedly 1.2 million euros, which falls short of the 1.5 million euros demanded by Romanian clubs. Currently, the 22-year-old is reportedly closer to a move to Dinamo Zagreb, who are said to be leading the race for his signature. Stoica, who has a background with Freiburg's academy and previously played for FCSB before transferring to FC Hermannstadt in February 2024, is expected to make a decision on his future following the Under-21 European Championships.
