Han-Noah Massengo Transfer from Burnley to FC Augsburg
FC Augsburg has signed Han-Noah Massengo from FC Burnley. According to kicker information, Augsburg paid three million euros to the Premier League promoted club. Massengo signed a contract until 2030. He played only three league games for Burnley, partly because he was loaned to Auxerre in the past half year.
According to Sacha Tavolieri, Han-Noah Massengo has already signed a five-year contract with FC Augsburg. The medical examinations are scheduled for the following Monday. A transfer fee of three million euros will be paid to Burnley, with potential additional bonuses. FT reported interest from Augsburg in the French midfielder a few days ago, and the head coach Sandro Wagner is set to welcome the desired reinforcement to the squad.
FC Augsburg is interested in Han-Noah Massengo. However, according to kicker information, they have not yet reached an agreement with FC Burnley over a transfer. The 24-year-old French midfielder has played over 100 games in the second English league but has not managed to establish himself at Burnley since his free transfer from Bristol City in the summer of 2023. Therefore, he is considering other options.
