L'Equipe reported that Samsunspor is competing with Beşiktaş for the signing of Glen Kamara. Discussions are taking place for the Finnish midfielder, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Al Shabab under the management of Fatih Terim, and is currently owned by Rennes. Rennes, who acquired Kamara from Leeds for 10 million Euro in the summer of 2024, is looking to part ways with the 29-year-old midfielder. Besides the interest from the Turkish teams, MLS is also being considered as a potential destination for Kamara.
