Panathinaikos announced on Wednesday the transfer of 31-year-old George Baldock until the summer of 2027. The 31-year-old Englishman (with Greek roots) is moving to the Greek capital free of charge from Premier League relegation Sheffield United. The right-back was recently a regular in the Greek national team and has twelve international matches for the Hellenes.

George Baldock recently left Sheffield United after seven years at the club and is currently searching for a new club. Greek clubs are favored for his transfer.
