Frank Fabra Transfer from Boca Juniors to Deportivo Cali

In an interview with the media outlet Zona Libre de Humo, Frank Fabra's representative, José Constanzo, confirmed Deportivo Cali is one of the teams interested in signing Fabra for 2026, but stated that no formal offer has been made yet.

Frank Fabra, a 34-year-old Colombian international left-back, was informed by Boca Juniors management that he is required to fulfill his contract until December. His contract will not be renewed, and he will need to find a new team for 2026. Deportivo Cali is considered the primary option in Colombia because it is the team where he began his professional career, but the player has acknowledged other possibilities. In an interview with Win Sports, Fabra explained he would not rule out playing for Millonarios, as he would like to honor his late father who was a fan of the team. He also confirmed that there was an initial approach from an agent concerning Atlético Nacional which did not progress, and noted that players such as Jorman Campuzano have encouraged him to join the club. Fabra joined Boca in January 2016, has 28 international caps, and has made no appearances in the 2025 Torneo Clausura. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €200k.
