According to TYC, Federico Vera will join Huracán on loan following an agreement between both institutions. The defender's loan is for the next twelve months, is without a fee, and includes a purchase option of 1.2 million dollars for 100% of his transfer rights.

According to TYC, an agreement has been reached between Huracán and Independiente for the loan of Federico Vera. The negotiation is very advanced, but details such as the player's salary still need to be finalized. It is indicated that the loan will be completed in the coming days for a 12-month period and will include a purchase option that is yet to be determined.

After failing to execute the purchase option for Tomás Guidara, Huracán is now interested in Federico Vera, a 27-year-old Argentinian right back from Independiente, for the upcoming year. The proposed deal for Vera, who is under contract until 2027, would be a loan with a fee and a purchase option, according to TYC. Huracán had previously targeted the player in June 2023 during Diego Martínez's initial spell as coach. At that time, the club could not afford the transfer and instead signed Lucas Souto on loan from Defensa y Justicia. Vera joined Independiente from Unión in August 2024 for a fee of 1 million euros. His current market value on Transfermarkt is €1.30m.
