According to Szymon Janczyk of Weszlo.com, Pogon Szczecin has made a new proposal to Bristol City for Fally Mayulu. Tomasz Włodarczyk of Meczyki.pl had previously reported that the transfer was being finalized, with the player expected to travel to Poland for medical tests, after which a deal worth up to €1.5 million would be finalized. The deal is now at risk as Pogon Szczecin has changed their offer from a permanent transfer to a loan with an option to buy, which does not meet Bristol City's expectations. Bristol City was hoping to sell the Frenchman to use the funds before the end of the winter transfer window.

Fally Mayulu, a French-Congolese striker, will leave Bristol City to join Pogon Szczecin. The move to the club from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship is a permanent transfer for 1.5 million euro. The 23-year-old is scheduled to fly to Poland on Thursday to undergo mandatory medical tests. A four-year contract will be signed by the involved parties provided the tests do not show anything concerning. Mayulu had joined Bristol City in July 2024. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.00m.
