Facundo Bruera Transfer from San Lorenzo to Olimpia
Facundo Bruera, initially signed by San Lorenzo in August 2024 and subsequently loaned to Barracas Central, is poised for another loan move. Olimpia of Paraguay has expressed interest in acquiring him on a year-long loan without any fee. Previously, Bruera had a successful stint at Olimpia, where he scored 14 goals and provided 5 assists in 51 appearances. Despite having Bruera under contract until December 2028, San Lorenzo plans to loan him out again rather than incorporate him into their squad. This decision follows his season with Barracas Central, during which he played 18 matches, scored five goals, and provided one assist. Olimpia, having previously sold 40% of his rights to San Lorenzo for $1.25 million while retaining a 10% stake, is keen to have him back. If the final details are resolved, Bruera will return to Olimpia on loan.
