Only legal details remain, and the signing is expected to be completed this week. The current contract would end in December. The extension is independent of automatic renewal clauses in the contract, and both parties have already reached an agreement. Ribeiro joined Bahia in January 2024 and has 22 caps and 3 goals for Brazil. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.50m.
