AFC Bournemouth is making an approach for Ethan Nwaneri.

Sources at Bournemouth have continued to downplay talk that they are pursuing Ethan Nwaneri. That could change before the end of the window following Justin Kluivert's knee injury, but the current situation is that Nwaneri is much more likely to stay with Arsenal this month than to move elsewhere.

Bournemouth have attempted to sign Ethan Nwaneri as a replacement for winger Antoine Semenyo, who is bound for Manchester City. According to the Independent, Nwaneri has rejected the move to Andoni Iraola’s side and believes that remaining in North London for the season is more beneficial for him.

Bournemouth are reportedly interested in Ethan Nwaneri, with The Independent linking the club as an option for the player. Their interest comes as they are about to lose Antoine Semenyo to Manchester City and are keen to reshape their attacking options. Nwaneri is not currently actively seeking to leave Arsenal, and The Independent suggests a deal could be more likely in the summer. It is suggested that Arsenal may not want to sell Nwaneri but could consider loaning him if he does not get regular minutes.
