Esteban Rolón, a 30-year-old Argentine midfielder who recently ended his contract with Boca Juniors, is now a free agent. Journalist Guillermo Arango has reported that Millonarios has begun contacts to sign him. The club is aiming to fill a foreign player slot following Delvin Alfonzo's move to Águilas Doradas. As Millonarios prepares for its upcoming match in the Liga Betplay 2025-II against Llaneros FC, they are looking to make one final signing this semester. Rolón, who started his career at Argentinos Juniors and has played in Europe with Genoa and Málaga, is among the potential candidates. He is considered alongside Brazilian Bruno Savio, as the club seeks to bolster its midfield with a first-line midfielder. Holding a Polish passport as well, Rolón has a current market value estimated by Transfermarkt at €400k, and he has also been linked with Brazilian club Sport Recife.
