According to Sportske Novosti, Esmir Bajraktarević will not join Dinamo.

According to Germanijak, Dinamo and PSV are in advanced negotiations for Esmir Bajraktarević to join on loan with an option to buy. Dinamo is reportedly preparing for his arrival at the beginning of the week and wants to complete the transfer by Wednesday midnight to register him for the Europa League. PSV prefers a permanent transfer, but Dinamo has become a significant possibility due to a lack of suitable offers. Esmir Bajraktarević reportedly has no objections to joining Dinamo, where he would have playing time and participate in the Europa League.

Dinamo Zagreb is attempting to sign Esmir Bajraktarević on a one-year loan because a permanent purchase is not considered a realistic option. PSV prefers to sell the player, and according to Rik Elfrink of Eindhovens Dagblada, clubs such as Eintracht Frankfurt and Benfica have shown possible interest. Although not keen on a loan, PSV is reportedly willing to consider one if a permanent transfer does not occur before the window closes.
