Enner Valencia Transfer from Internacional to Pachuca

Pachuca announced the signing of Ecuadorian forward Enner Valencia, 35 years old, from Brazilian club Internacional. Valencia is a captain of the Ecuador national team and joins a team with notable players such as Jhonder Cádiz, Robert Kenedy, and Oussama Idrissi.

According to ESPN, Internacional has started proceedings to end the contract of 35-year-old Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia, having submitted a pre-registration for termination to the CBF. This request was reportedly filed late on Tuesday night, September 9, as the forward is expected to transfer to Mexican football. Journalist María José Flores was the first to report that Pachuca had made progress in signing the player, information that ESPN also obtained. Valencia's agents have strong relationships in Mexico from his prior tenure at Tigres, and Pachuca is anticipated to formally announce the signing in the coming days. His market valuation is currently listed by Transfermarkt at €1.70m.
