Southampton have sent scouts to watch Elijah Just.

According to Football Insider, Elijah Just is a target for Southampton this summer, along with Celtic and Rangers, who are aware of Just from his domestic performances. The club is said to need a back-up attacking midfielder to ensure Finn Azaz is not overplayed. There is hope that Just can acclimatise to the Championship well if a deal is made. It is also stated that if a move is completed, he could eventually have a Premier League opportunity with Southampton. Any summer move is not yet concrete.

Southampton manager Tonda Eckert has identified Motherwell's 26-year-old winger Elijah Just as a primary target to strengthen his squad. Southampton faces competition, as it is believed that clubs in the English Championship are also monitoring the player, while Celtic and Rangers have also held a long-term interest.
