Eduardo Camavinga Transfer from Real Madrid to Chelsea

According to Defensa Central, Chelsea want to sign Eduardo Camavinga following his performance in El Clasico, with chairman Todd Boehly willing to approve an offer of between €70 and €75 million for the France international midfielder. Mundo Deportivo has also reported that Chelsea is one of the clubs interested in Camavinga.

According to claims in the Spanish media, Chelsea are keen on Eduardo Camavinga and have had a bid turned down by Real Madrid. Madrid-Barcelona.com reports that Chelsea offered €50million (£43.5m, $58m) for Camavinga, and that Madrid decided to reject it with the opinion that the player will get back to his best. Chelsea’s interest in Camavinga has also been reported by CaughtOffSide.

According to Defensa Central, Chelsea would be prepared to sell midfielder Enzo Fernández to Real Madrid in a swap deal which would see Los Blancos part ways with Eduardo Camavinga and pay an additional €50 million (£43.5 million, $59 million).

Offers were made for Eduardo Camavinga from Premier League clubs in the summer of 2025, but his entourage maintained that the player wanted to stay at Real Madrid. Cadena SER reported on July 24 that Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso personally made the decision to keep Camavinga at the club.

Chelsea are reportedly eyeing a possible move for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga in 2026 and are monitoring his situation ahead of a potential €80 million deal next year. According to CaughtOffside, Enzo Maresca’s side are “100%” interested in signing Camavinga, despite the recent addition of Dario Essugo and the return of Andrey Santos from loan. Real Madrid are also reportedly willing to entertain a sale for a fee of around €80m.

Chelsea are interested in a potential transfer for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, who is rated at €80m. The club is thought to have a concrete and genuine interest in him, as Camavinga’s situation has changed under new manager Xabi Alonso.

Chelsea would be willing to accept Eduardo Camavinga as part of a player plus cash deal for Enzo Fernandez.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for France midfielder Eduardo Camavinga amid questions about his fit in Xabi Alonso’s plans at Real Madrid, with the London club reportedly ready to take advantage of the situation. Fichajes reports that Chelsea are considering a swap deal involving Enzo Fernandez, who has long been linked with Real Madrid. The report adds that a direct swap would be difficult to agree due to financial difficulties, citing the difference in player values and the fact Chelsea still owes much of Fernandez’s €121m fee from Benfica.

Chelsea have identified Real Madrid's 22-year-old Eduardo Camavinga as a top target for the 2026 summer transfer window, with Fichajes reporting that the club believes he could complete a formidable midfield trident with Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo. In recent weeks, Newcastle and Manchester United have also been linked with the French international. Chelsea are understood to be prepared to pay approximately €60 million for the player. Real Madrid, who acquired him from Stade Rennais in 2021 for a fee of €31 million, are not under pressure to sell as Camavinga's contract runs until 2029, and they are expected to demand a substantial fee. Convincing the player may also prove difficult, given he is at one of the world's biggest clubs.
