West Ham United reportedly no longer includes Edson Álvarez in their future plans. According to Mexican sports journalist Kery Ruiz, offers around 35 million Euro would prompt the Premier League club's executives to begin negotiations. The club officials have already communicated this decision to Álvarez. Tottenham Hotspur is noted as one of the interested parties for the upcoming season. Despite Álvarez being under contract with West Ham until 2028, he joined the club from Ajax Amsterdam in the summer of 2023 for 38 million Euro. Borussia Dortmund, who had shown interest in Álvarez during his transfer from Ajax, are still interested, along with AS Monaco and Tottenham Hotspur, for the next season.
