According to Voetbalprimeur.nl, Dennis Geiger has joined NEC on a free transfer from TSG Hoffenheim. The 28-year-old midfielder has signed a two-year contract in Nijmegen, valid until the summer of 2028. Last season, he was on loan from Hoffenheim to Aberdeen. Technical director Carlos Aalbers expressed satisfaction with Geiger's arrival. Aalbers emphasized his experience and the options he brings to the midfield following the departure of Kodai Sano.

Dennis Geiger is close to completing a permanent transfer from Hoffenheim to NEC, where he will be reunited with trainer Dick Schreuder. The 28-year-old German midfielder has traveled to Nijmegen to finalize his transfer and will undergo a medical examination on Friday.
