Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly open to offering Dejan Kulusevski a new contract, but the Swedish international must first prove that he can return to his best after a lengthy injury absence. A report from Football Insider states that Spurs are prepared to discuss an extension with the 26-year-old attacking midfielder if he can return consistently to first-team football. The former Juventus player is under contract until 2028, so there is no immediate pressure to decide. Spurs want to see how he performs once he is fully available before committing to another long-term deal. Kulusevski joined the club in July 2023, has 45 caps and 5 goals for Sweden, and is valued at €17.00m by Transfermarkt.
