St Louis City are making efforts to sign Aberdeen’s Dante Polvara, a 25-year-old American-Italian. The Major League Soccer club has targeted the Aberdeen midfielder. St Louis are in a leading position and hope to agree a six-figure fee to acquire Polvara this month. The MLS transfer window opens next week and is open until March 26th. Polvara’s preference is to return to America for family reasons. He joined Aberdeen in January 2022 and his contract is valid until May 2026. This season, he has made 18 appearances in the Scottish Premiership, scoring one goal. According to Transfermarkt, his valuation is €400k.
