Daniel Bachmann leaving Watford?
The Austrian goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann will join Deportivo de La Coruña on loan from Watford, with an option to buy. This transfer has been reported by British media. Bachmann, an international player for Austria, will arrive in Spain after over a decade of experience playing in the UK, first with Stoke City and then with Watford.
Daniel Bachmann, a 14-time Austrian international, is currently under contract with FC Watford until 2028. However, the new head coach, Paulo Pezzolano, reportedly does not plan to include him in future plans. To remove him from the wage bill, Watford is even considering letting him leave on a free transfer. Bachmann has been informed by Watford to look for a new club after eight years with the 'Hornets'.
Watford is considering selling Daniel Bachmann, their Austrian goalkeeper, who has been sidelined due to an ankle ligament injury. Despite having three years left on his contract, Watford is open to offers for Bachmann, who last played for them in January. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 2.00 million euros.
