Christopher Nkunku is not set to join Borussia Dortmund this winter. According to reports from 'Sky', Dortmund had internally contemplated a loan deal for the 27-year-old for the second half of the season but ultimately chose not to proceed with it. The club's management reportedly does not wish to obstruct the playing and development opportunities of their young talents, Jamie Gittens and Julien Duranville, by introducing an external player.

Christopher Nkunku is frustrated due to lack of playtime in the Premier League despite being Chelsea's top scorer in other competitions. Borussia Dortmund is considering bringing the French national player back to the Bundesliga, where he previously excelled. Chelsea is currently only open to a loan deal, but this could change by the next summer.
