According to Sportal.bg, which cites various reports, Venezuelan national Christian Makoun has received permission from the management of "Gerena" for a transfer following the matches with Borac. Makoun is linked with Samsunspor, and both teams have sent representatives to watch him play in person. Scouts have insisted that such a player should not be missed. It is believed that the "Blues" will allow him to leave for 3 million euros.

Samsunspor is another club interested in Levski's key defender, Christian Makoun, aged 26, who has also previously been linked with Trabzonspor. However, a transfer is uncertain as the Venezuelan international has stated that he wants to try to play in the Champions League with Levski. Makoun joined Levski Sofia in July 2024, and his contract is valid until June 2027. In the 2025/2026 season, he made a combined 24 league appearances, scoring one goal and providing two assists. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €3.50m.
