Galatasaray submitted a €20 million offer for Trabzonspor's Christ Inao Oulaï, but the proposal was considered insufficient. Trabzonspor is reportedly demanding a minimum of €50 million for the player. Oulaï is a 19-year-old Ivorian international with 6 caps. Chelsea has made a separate bid of approximately €40 million for the midfielder. PSV Eindhoven is also said to be monitoring the situation of the former Bastia player with an interest in bringing him to the Netherlands.
