According to AS, Carlos Fernández is facing the end of his time at Real Sociedad and has proposals from clubs such as Cádiz for a permanent transfer.

Carlos Fernández temporarily leaves Real Sociedad. The striker from Seville joins the recently relegated Cádiz on loan in an attempt to regain his form as a footballer with more playing opportunities. The Andalusian club does not have a purchase option, so Fernández will return to Zubieta in July next year. He is under contract until 2027.
