Moscow's 'Spartak' has reportedly come to an agreement with Galatasaray's Colombian central defender Carlos Cuesta. The red-whites plan to acquire the 26-year-old footballer if the deal for Torino's player Saúl Coco falls through. Sources indicate that, at present, Spartak is considering Cuesta as a backup option. The player's contract with Galatasaray is said to remain valid until the summer of 2028. Negotiations for Saúl Coco have reportedly encountered difficulties due to Torino's demand of €20 million, which Spartak views as excessive. On the other hand, Cuesta, who has played nine matches for Galatasaray without scoring, has a Transfermarkt market value of €7 million, making him a more financially feasible option. The defender has also been rumored to be of interest to clubs such as Feyenoord, Atlético Nacional, Monterrey, and Anderlecht.
