Middlesbrough should consider signing Cameron Archer following Lewis Dobbin's move to Southampton. Last season, Archer played less than 1,000 minutes across 30 Championship appearances for Southampton, scoring four goals and providing three assists. Archer could be transferred this summer following the arrival of Dobbin, having already been given a less significant role last campaign. With two years remaining on his contract at Southampton, Archer will command a significant transfer fee, as the club must also take into consideration selling to a direct division rival.
