Branimir Mlačić Transfer from Hajduk Split to Club Brugge
Club Brugge is one of five clubs to have made an official offer for 18-year-old Croatian Hajduk defender Branimir Mlačić, with Udinese, Roma, and Southampton also submitting bids. The offers from these four clubs are for 5 million euros, which is similar to a long-standing proposal from Inter. Despite lengthy transfer discussions this winter, Inter remains a viable option for the player. The decision is now to be made by Mlačić, his family, and his agents, who are expected to decide within the next two days whether to accept a move or remain at Hajduk. Mlačić, a Croatia U21 international, has a contract with Hajduk until June 2029. He has made 15 appearances with 2 assists in the domestic league this season, and his current Transfermarkt valuation is €4 million. Reports in January 2026 suggested Inter had an agreement for a transfer valued between €5 million and €5.5 million. One report detailed the deal as €5.5 million plus €2 million in bonuses and a 20% sell-on clause.
