Rennes has submitted a new proposal to sign 29-year-old Senegalese centre-forward Boulaye Dia from Lazio for a return to Ligue 1. The player has already agreed to the transfer. Lazio's condition for a deal was a paid loan with a guaranteed future purchase. The new offer from the French club meets these terms, consisting of a €1 million loan fee with a €10 million obligation to buy.
