Algerian international Billal Brahimi has joined Estrela da Amadora on loan from the Brazilian club Santos.

According to ESPN, Frenchman Bilal Brahimi is in talks with two Portuguese teams and may soon leave Baixada.

The player's staff has received authorization to look for a new club. A transfer to another club in Brazil is a possibility, but it is more likely he will be transferred to a club abroad. Billal Brahimi has a contract with Santos until the end of 2026, and the expectation is that he will leave the club permanently. The player's representatives are looking for offers to bring to Santos. Brahimi joined the club in September 2025, has four caps for Algeria, and has a market value that Transfermarkt estimates to be €1.50m.
