Espanyol has renewed its interest in 28-year-old Turkish international midfielder Berkan Kutlu, re-establishing contact with his entourage and agent. Kutlu is currently at Konyaspor on a six-month deal from Galatasaray, and Racing Santander is also reportedly monitoring the player. Espanyol previously attempted to sign Kutlu last summer, and it was reported that those negotiations were complicated by an asking price from Galatasaray of around €4.5 million.
