Lakhdar Belloumi, the father of 24-year-old Algerian winger Mohamed Belloumi, stated that although his son is currently focused on Hull City, they would not hesitate to leave if a high offer is received. He added that with respect to Hull City, his son deserves to play for a larger club, mentioning Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Marseille, or Manchester City as examples. Mohamed Belloumi joined Hull City in 2024 from Portuguese club Farense for a fee of five and a half million euros. His contract with the club is valid until 2029, he has a current Transfermarkt market value of €6.00m, and he has not yet made an appearance for the Algerian national team.
