Atakan Karazor Transfer from VfB Stuttgart to Samsunspor
VfB Stuttgart was prepared to let 29-year-old Turkish international defensive midfielder Atakan Karazor leave this summer after he lost his place in the team. The club, which he joined in July 2019, received a four million euro offer from Turkish side Samsunspor, while Saudi club Al-Shabab was also willing to pay five million euros. Despite having the chance to double his salary, Karazor rejected the potential moves and decided to stay at VfB, where his contract runs until 2028. Other Turkish clubs, including Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor, have also been linked with the player. In August 2026, Stuttgart's asking price was reportedly set at €8-10 million. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €8.00m.
