Foreign clubs are interested in Lech Poznań's Polish defensive midfielder Antoni Kozubal, reportedly due to his potential and experience for his age. The club's authorities are aware of the interest but are only willing to consider selling the 21-year-old if an offer exceeds five million euros. A potential departure for Kozubal before the new Ekstraklasa season did not happen, as apparently no concrete proposal that would satisfy all parties has been made yet. Speaking on Canal+ Sport after a match against Cracovia, Kozubal stated that his focus is on playing and that he wants any future move to be a step that allows him to develop, whether it is to Aarhus, Wieczysta, or another team. He added that he is not aware if any talks are already underway and that his priority is to help his current club. Kozubal, who joined Lech Poznan in January 2021, is under contract until June 2028 and has 17 caps for the Poland U21 team. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €6.00m. Clubs recently linked with him include Borussia Dortmund, Celtic, and LOSC Lille. While the current asking price is reported to be over €5 million, past reports from late 2024 and early 2025 suggested the club had hoped for a fee over €10 million.
