Alex Haditaghi revealed that newly promoted side Wieczysta Kraków attempted to sign 33-year-old Cameroonian-French centre-forward Jean-Pierre Nsame two months after the striker joined Pogoń Szczecin. Haditaghi claimed that Wieczysta tried to persuade Nsame to terminate his existing contract without informing Pogoń Szczecin. He stated that documents and correspondence in his possession show Wieczysta contacted the player and his representatives, made him a written contract offer approximately two weeks ago, and encouraged him to leave Pogoń to join them on a free transfer. Pogoń's vice president, Tan Kesler, said the club had received information from Nsame's agent, who mentioned he might have a solution for the player if Pogoń was not satisfied with him. Kesler explained that the club would be willing to have discussions with other teams if Nsame had communicated any unhappiness. He added that Pogoń reacted when they learned of discussions about a potential free transfer departure so soon after his arrival, and confirmed the matter is now being analyzed by the appropriate authorities. The forward has four international caps for Cameroon. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €350k.
