Newly promoted Bundesliga club Schalke 04 is interested in Fenerbahce winger Anthony Musaba. It is reported that Schalke has informed the 25-year-old and his representatives of their interest in a loan deal. Musaba, who holds both Dutch and DR Congolese nationality, is said to be open to the proposal and to be able to imagine a move to the Bundesliga. It is also reported that the Turkish club is willing in principle to agree to a transfer, but only under conditions set by them. Schalke has not yet made an official inquiry to the Istanbul-based club, which signed Musaba last winter from league rival Samsunspor for a fee of five million euros. His contract at Fenerbahce runs until June 2030, and he has been capped three times for the Netherlands U21 team. Several English clubs, including Ipswich Town and West Ham United, have also been linked with the player. Reports in July 2026 indicated a formal offer of €10 million was made by Ipswich Town for a permanent transfer. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €7.00m.
