Hull City showed interest in acquiring Andreas Tetteh during the summer. It is reported that Hull City is unlikely to acquire a forward in January because of similarities in physique and height between Oliver McBurnie and Andreas Tetteh. The presence of summer signings Ilias Ansah and Joe Gelhardt, along with Robinio Vaz on loan from Roma, is another factor. The budget and salary cap are also mentioned as a limiting factor. A source from England states that a possible move might be considered next summer.

Hull City has serious interest in Andreas Tetteh. According to a highly reliable managerial source, a discussion has occurred at a leadership level between Acun Ilicali and the owner of Panathinaikos, Giannis Alafouzos. Panathinaikos has communicated that there is no official offer and that they are unaware of the interest. Many journalists are reporting this as a denial. SportDay disagrees with this denial.

According to Ekrem Konur, Hull has submitted an offer of 25 million euros for Andreas Tetteh, and discussions are ongoing. This follows a denial from Panathinaikos earlier on Sunday concerning an offer from the English club.

Hull City is seriously interested in Andreas Tetteh, a 25-year-old centre-forward from Panathinaikos, and a conversation about a potential purchase has occurred at the leadership level. For the transfer to proceed, three conditions must be met, including Panathinaikos qualifying for the Conference League and a suitable offer being made, with negotiations starting at 25 million euros. Tetteh, who is under contract until June 2029 and has 6 caps for Greece, has also been associated with interest from Roma.
