Reports from last month indicated that Augsburg was one of several clubs interested in Brighton's 21-year-old English winger, Amario Cozier-Duberry. Rangers and Paris FC also reportedly showed interest in the former Arsenal youngster. He joined Brighton in July 2024. West Ham were said to have had a £5m offer for him rejected. The England U20 international's contract with Brighton runs until 2028. In July and August 2026, Brighton also reportedly rejected a bid of around £5 million from Anderlecht, and the club's asking price was said to be upwards of £5 million.
